Hello Westcoasters! I am pleased to announce that the WCFCC has generously been granted funding by the Districts of Ucluelet and Tofino and is open to provide a variety of mental health services to those who otherwise do not have access. I firmly believe that mental health support is everyone's right and am passionate about de-stigmatizing issues that affect all of us.
As funding and space is quite limited, please be sure to explore the options available to you before requesting an appointment. Find out if you have access to an Employee Assistance Program (I am a provider for Humanacare and Homewood - you can request me) or extended health benefits through Pacific Blue Cross, SunLife, Green Shield or another company (my services are often covered). In addition, if you have a status number, I can provide services to you at no cost through the First Nations Health Benefits program.
