Are you going through a significant life transition? Going through a breakup, starting a new job, or processing a significant loss?  Even positive life events, such as graduation or welcoming a new baby, can bring on more stress than expected due to the demands of taking on a new role.  I can help you through transitions by giving you time and space to examine the impacts of life's changes, and helping you to determine the most meaningful way to experience them.

My practice is an integrated, solution-focused approach drawing from attachment theory, interpersonal and existential psychotherapies.   What matters most, is that I bring forward techniques and treatment planning concepts designed to meet your needs and values.  Above all, I relate to you as my authentic self and provide a professional, nonjudgmental space for your authentic self to come forward.
